We're in the "Bush"!!!

Wanted to let you know we are here and having a wonderful time in the Lord with all these kids from all over South Africa and around the world. Nancy is teaching a class on knitting, I'm involved with the worship teams and just hanging out with our SA buddies! It's been surreal to be here with all the Africans that have been at our home through out the years. To see all there faces in one place was crazy good!!! I will post some pics soon. We have had issues with the internet since we are out in the bush so will try to post when there is an opening. Thank you....pray that God continues this wonderful time of ministry with the kids with good weather! The message here has been about the challenge of the missing father in African culture and how God the Father steps into that role. The kids are really getting it..they are really hungry for everything God has for them. Blessings!

  1. Isaiah 52:7 (The Message)

    7-10How beautiful on the mountains
are the feet of the messenger bringing good news,
Breaking the news that all's well,
    proclaiming good times, announcing salvation,
    telling Zion, "Your God reigns!"
Voices! Listen! Your scouts are shouting, thunderclap shouts,
    shouting in joyful unison.
They see with their own eyes
    God coming back to Zion.
Break into song! Boom it out, ruins of Jerusalem:
    "God has comforted his people!
    He's redeemed Jerusalem!"
God has rolled up his sleeves.
All the nations can see his holy, muscled arm.
Everyone, from one end of the earth to the other,
sees him at work, doing his salvation work.

So happy for you all! Sounds like you all are basking in great things while you are there! How wonderful!!! Love to read your postings!
So glad you all are getting to be with your beloved South Africans!
What a great message of Hope you are bringing to those kids! YAY! Praise God!!!

In other news....Alabama kicked some Texas tail last night. Just sayin....Roll Tide Roll! :-)

    Luv, Linda
